Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order placement, depending on the locations of the seller and the buyer, and generally ranges from 1–2 days.

In the event of any delay in delivery or service provision, our Customer Service Department will make every effort to contact and notify the recipient in advance.

Responsibility of the Shipping Provider for Goods in Transit

The shipping service provider shall be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage to the goods throughout the transportation process until delivery to the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If any damage, scratches, breakage, dents, deformation, or discrepancies in model/style compared to the ordered products are detected, the customer must confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and notify us immediately for resolution.

Once the customer has signed for receipt of the goods without any notes or comments regarding their condition, the goods shall be deemed accepted and the delivery considered completed. In such cases, we shall not be responsible for any subsequent requests for return or exchange due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, deformation, incorrect goods, or similar issues.

Allocation of Responsibilities of the Shipping Service Provider

To facilitate the transportation of goods, the Company undertakes to include in each package:

– Sales invoice;

– Relevant documents proving that the products are lawfully distributed by the Company.

Accordingly, during the delivery process, the delivery staff may present the above-mentioned documents to prove the origin and source of the goods if requested by competent authorities.
